The Hunger Games

Well what can I say. The movie is coming and it seems that everyone is recommending it so I got myself this book. The whole trilogy from Popular since it has 20% off for being a recommended book.

I got my hand on the book and started reading it today. The beginning was on telling us a bit about Katniss, the heroine of the book life in her place in Seams where foods are scarce and hard to come by. How she had to survive after her father's death.

The point where she volunteered for her sister and get dragged to Capitol. There's where the fun start. How they have to present the tributes looking nice to get sponsor. Then the training and the point of view of Katniss towards Peeta.

It's just sad to see that Peeta had been loving her since he was five. And then in the end, he thought that Katniss really do love him but she was just acting it up for the whole ordeal.

Their romance is so so so much better than the one in Twilight. Seriously, no offense but its the truth. Gosh. Its so sweet of Peeta to be thinking from 1st day of Hunger Games for Katniss like saving her from Cato and pretending to be goody goody with the Careers.

Hunger Games is one interesting book and now I'm going to read the next book, Catching Fire.

2012

It's 2012 already. Gosh, how times flies. I still remember entering UTAR 3 years ago and now its time to say goodbye. I do hope that 2012 is another good year.

Happy New Year to everyone who is reading it. I hope to spend this year fruitfully.

Week Six

It's already week 6 for my Year 3 Sem 3 study in UTAR. Time passes by so quickly. Final is approaching soon. Very soon. I really have to start studying now.

This sem, I need to really study more for this subject. Not to mention, get a better grade as well. Have to find job soon. Really scare...Where should I be working first? I know it will be better to find work in a small company than a big one when you first came out. So I think I will start doing just that.

I haven't been updating my blog lately. Gosh, I'm a lazy ass. XD Recently, we have to take care of my cousin's hammy and dog. One of the hammy got pregnant and is expecting. I can't wait for their babies. Ooo, it will be so cute but I do hope that the mommy hamster don't eat all of them. I will cry. T_T

Going To Year 3 Sem 3

Result is out and I can say, I'm happy with it. FYP result is satisfying. My CGPA has up a bit and I'm a second upper now. Can't get 3.5 though. T_T But its ok. There's one more subject. Eventhough is beyond getting 3.5 now but I will like to get A for my last subject.

Uni life is ending soon. I have a lot of happy memories during my time in uni. I hope the new intake students will have as much fun in Kampar as I am. I'm glad to have met my classmates. They are awesome people.

Too bad I cant get to experience the new building. Must be nice there. Huhuhu. The Forbidden Kingdom look alike building.

So Year 3 Sem 3, here we come.

Thundercats 2011

Oh yes, I'm watching...Thunder, thunder, THUNDERCATS HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

I can safely say that this reboot is awesome. Anything that adds a little anime style in it are always awesome for example, Avatar: The Last Airbender. The new Thundercats has a lot of story put into it. Its not like those typical American cartoon where every episode does not relate to each other continuously. 

Long story short, these cats are on a quest to find the Book of Omens and to find the sacred stones to defeat an evil foe, Mumra. After having his home destroyed, Lion-O, the prince of Thundera is now on a life journey to find a mean to defeat his enemy, Mumra. Along the way, they meet pretty interesting people that taught Lion-O the meaning of life and practically how to use his head in battle. XD He's just a hard-headed teen which learn his lesson through failure. XD

The new Lion-O... I like...

Did I tell you I like anthropomorphic character? Wakakaka. I find them pretty awesome with their claws, elfish ears, fur...Sesshoumaru...Woah...Better stop myself there. XD

Ooo Tygra, meow~

I have seen Thundercats, the old version before and gosh, the new version character design is a far cry from the old one. Seriously, whats with those costumes back then. Lol seriously. The new one look much hotter. It could be a hit back then but now, I'm glad they modernize it. They even changed Tygra backstory. He's the adopted brother of Lion-O.

So far, I like the fighting and the story. The pace is nice and I'm looking forward to an awesome cartoon series just like the Avatar.

Last but not least...I like these guys.

These two are just adorable and when they purr...XD I just want to hug them.

Yu Kanda: Another Bishounen Added To My Growing List Of Bishounen

I have started watching D-Gray man and I saw this girl-guy in the opening. I thought this character will be a girl but then to my horror, when this character was first seen in the show, he has an awesome male voice! Well, who wouldn't have a hot voice if it was voiced by Takahiro Sakurai XD He voiced almost all the leng chai. Seriously, I think I always got hooked to an awesome character due to their voice...XD I have the hots for them.

Well anyway, ironically, this guy is so similar to Sasuke (which I hated the most) in every way possible from the "I can't die before I find that guy" motive and "I'm arrogant and awesome and you are not." characteristic. However, he's still hot in a way...Let's just see how long I will be liking him. XD

Seriously, you can't fault me for liking him for the picture below says it all...

Ok, ok now let's time for some explanation why I'm attracted to him. First of, awesome voice. Secondly, awesome long hair eventhough it's blue-purple in color. I have liked Ken Ichijouji for that in the past so color not a factor here. Thirdly, he wield a freaking sword and is good at it. As you can see, Sephiroth, Sesshoumaru and Squalo all are sword master, skillful with it. All this factor combine, he's the type of bishie I like.

His hair reminds me of Kikyo from Inuyasha though...That's why I thought he was a girl at first. His chest was wrapped up with bandages and I thought he was wrapping up his b*east. XD

Somehow, Yu Kanda reminds me of Gakupo XD (Samurai, long hair tied in a pony tail...XD )

Final Coming Again

Oh yes. Time passes by so quickly. Final is coming soon and my first exam will be Immunology. Gonna finish studying that subject.

Thesis has been done and now, I need to check it thoroughly one more time and then off to printing and binding it.
